Sculptural sterling silver ring, size 9

This is a rugged, sturdy, sterling silver ring, made by hand from recycled sterling silver. The unique pattern was created by layering jagged pieces of sterling silver on sheet. After forming the band, the surface was further shaped by hammering and carving, resulting in a raw, untamed look with a sculptural feel. The band was oxidised to accentuate the contrasting textures, the inside was polished to a smooth finish. This ring is a unisex design and would look great as a partner ring or an alternative wedding band.
