Large tourmaline statement ring, size 8

This one of a kind statement ring was handmade by me in my studio.
I combined a big, black, raw tourmaline with a deep red garnet accent stone. Two different sterling silver frame elements structure the design and the play with different heights and layers adds depth to this piece.
The sterling band has an interesting texture that complements the style of this ring beautifully, it is quite substantial and ensures a secure and stable wear.
This is probably not a ring to wear while knitting or doing the dishes, but it is perfect as an eye-catching accent piece with the potential to be a conversation starter.
