Shipping policy

mazulou ships  worldwide with Swiss Post.

mazulou cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items during shipping.

As per legal requirement all parcels are shipped with a customs slip/commercial invoice. mazulou will indicate the correct value oft the item and mark it as merchandise.
Custom charges and additional taxes are the buyer’s responsibilities.

SHIPPING and INSURANCE: I offer free shipping, including insurance coverage up to USD 150 on all my items, except on custom orders. As stated in my policies I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of goods during transportation.

If you wish to increase insurance coverage to USD 1000 per parcel, please upgrade to fully insured shipping at checkout, extra costs apply.
