RESERVED for Ness, payment 2/2 Green tourmaline and 22k gold dangly drop earrings

These one of a kind earrings were handmade by me in my studio.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on a bunch of the most lovely faceted green tourmalines in colours ranging from Mustard yellow to lovely sage greens to almost turquoise shades. For this set I chose two elongated, rectangular cuts and matched them with two smaller squarish shapes. There stones are not calibrated, the cuts are irregular, but that is perfect for my design language. I set them in 22k gold (can’t  beat gold and green combos!) against textured and gold-embellished sterling silver back plates. Little links add some movement, the earrings are fastened with sterling silver posts and butterfly closures.

I love the combination of greens and gold, of sophisticated cuts with irregular shapes and of exquisite elegance with an earthy, almost archaic look.

As most mazulou items these earrings are one of a kind, when they are gone, they are gone.
