Green tourmaline and gold ring size 7.5

This ring was handmade by me in my studio.

A truly unique smooth tourmaline cabochon with beautiful inclusions was set in 22k gold and mounted an a roughly carved sterling silver slice. The sterling silver band was embellished by fusing 22k gold dust to the surface and textured by reticulation. The sterling silver was darkened to enhance the contrast to the gold, this dark colour might fade with wear but could be refreshed depending on the wearers wishes. As most mazulou items this ring is one of a kind

Stone: deep green smooth tourmaline cabochon with inclusions 12x 9mm

Setting: sterling silver slab roughly shaped and polished 15.9 x 12.8mm

Band: sterling silver and fused 22k gold dust, 8.2 x 2mm
