Rainbow moonstone statement ring, size 8

The flowing shapes of the two tumbled rainbow moonstone nuggets determined the design of this sterling silver statement ring. The stones are uncut, with some natural inclusions, the tumbling process removed all sharp edges and gave the stones their soft forms. The contrasting black of the back-plate accentuates the blue flash of the stones, which is best seen when moving your hand, so light can hit the stones from different angles. The ring has a solid, hammered band and is signed with my makers mark. It was entirely handmade by me in my studio.
